The Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority (HART) selected planning, engineering and program management firm Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam Inc. (LAN) to provide architecture and engineering services for its transit infrastructure projects.

LAN will provide design services through an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The services will include assistance for various types and sizes of projects ranging from transit infrastructure to new transit facilities, including existing facility upgrades and expansions, drainage, roadway, signage and signalization.

The services also include environmental investigations, studies or reports, field review and analysis, cost estimating, construction oversight, site layout and recommendations for park-n-rides, bus operating facilities and related real estate activities.
