Idaho adds Sprinters to fleet

[IMAGE]Mountain-Rides-1Full.jpg[/IMAGE] Sun Valley, Idaho-based Mountain Rides Transportation Authority took delivery of two Sprinter shuttle buses in December 2008 from Daimler Buses North America for use in its town system that serves the mountain resort area.

The two new Sprinter shuttle buses have a rear-lift and can accommodate up to 15 passengers plus driver.

In the fixed-route town system, the Sprinters are used on neighborhood routes to connect various condos and homes in Sun Valley with the Sun Valley Resort area.

This area includes the ski area’s River Run Lodge, as well as Dollar Mountain, Elkhorn and the Sun Valley Club Nordic ski area.
