InterMotive’s Training Division is offering its Small Bus Basic Electrical course to California transit properties and service providers through the FTA’s Rural Transit Assistance Program.
The electrical and electronics courses are the first two classes in a series of courses designed specifically for the cut-away bus market. The classes are approximately 50 percent lecture and 50 percent hands-on learning, with a focus on the Ford chassis. A Web-based pre-test identifies the skill levels of the students prior to the start of the class and a post-test insures that each student has achieved an acceptable level of knowledge and the end of the course.
