MARTA and Falcons develop pass program
The Falcon Flyer program will allow participants to avoid traffic and parking hassles by riding MARTA to and from each Falcons home game.
The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) and the Atlanta Falcons have teamed up to develop a new MARTA transcard called the Falcons Flyer Pass, allowing participants to travel to and from Falcons games. Season ticket holders will receive 20 one-way passes for $30. These passes will allow participants to avoid traffic and parking hassles by riding MARTA to and from each Falcons home game. Under the Falcons Flyer Pass program, season ticket holders are able to purchase one Falcons Flyer Pass package for each season ticket in their account. The 20 one-way passes may be used for Atlanta Falcons home games, or for any MARTA travel between August 9 and December 22. MARTA has already sold Falcons Flyer Pass packages to nearly 1,000 season ticket holders and expects the number to increase significantly as the season opener nears.
