The 35-year-old driver was shot in the chest and critically wounded as he stood at the top steps of the bus. The shooting happened shortly before 6 a.m. when the bus was parked at a staging area getting ready for morning runs. As of now, there is no confirmed link to the sniper shootings, but it is being treated as a related incident. The location of the shooting is less than a half-mile from where the snipers original shootings occurred.
