Megabus.com began airing its first television commercial on June 1. The 30-second spot airs in conjunction with megabus.com’s expansion into Texas and the Southwest, where service begins June 19.
The spot will run during the month of June in Dallas, Houston and San Antonio.
The ad — created by West Des Moines, Iowa-based Hanser & Associates — is a strategic addition to megabus.com’s integrated marketing program that includes news media coverage (print, online, radio and TV), newspaper advertising, social media (Facebook, Google+, Tumbler and Twitter), online ads, and events.
