MV Transportation Inc. received the Quality Award for outstanding performance and implementation of innovative technology applications on Microsoft’s employee shuttle. The award was bestowed during Microsoft's recent 2007 Microsoft Vendor Program Excellence Awards held in October.

"This is a huge accomplishment for MV, and most importantly for the outstanding team of MV employees who worked tirelessly to make this project the enormous success it is," said Jon Monson, MV’s CEO.
MV was one of six vendors chosen from among the more than 15,000 that Microsoft works with in the U.S. to receive the award. The MSVP Excellence Awards are handed out annually to vendors that consistently provide outstanding service and results to Microsoft. A panel of company executives selected this year's winners, which were nominated by Microsoft employees based on criteria such as value, quality, flexibility, innovation, security and privacy.
MV assumed operation of the Microsoft Campus Shuttle in July 2005 from Laidlaw Transit Services. MV's Microsoft shuttle service integrates a unique and interactive dispatch center with Microsoft MapPoint software.
