Neopart purchased by Pinon LLC
Will now function as stand-alone business.
Colorado-based Pinon LLC has acquired the assets of Neopart business from its former parent company, Neoplan USA Corp.
The aftermarket parts distributor for transit buses and coaches will now be named Neopart LLC and operate as a stand-alone company led by its current President Phil Gendall.
The deal also included the bus-related intellectual property from Neoplan’s manufacturing business.
