New Parson Brinckerhoff technology glimpses transit future
PBCAVE serves as simulator, research tool, communication device and more.
Parsons Brinckerhoff displayed the PBCAVE (computer analysis and visualization environment) at the APTA EXPO Tuesday.
The PBCAVE is a real-time computing system that allows users to draw on Parsons Brinckerhoff’s expertise and best practices using digital production, presentation and decision-making tools.
The computer system utilizes simulation, real-time visualization and computer modeling in a virtual reality setting on large, multi-screen displays.
The PBCAVE is designed to improve project planning, stakeholder meetings and client presentations.
