15-40 Connection, the non-profit organization empowering people with the lifesaving advantage of early cancer detection, partnered with Peter Pan Bus Lines to empower to New England commuters to recognize cancer symptoms and detect cancer earlier. The partnership in the form of a wrapped bus starts a new cancer conversation with commuters by asking the question, “Would you recognize a cancer symptom?” The bus will be used on a daily route service across the Northeast.
The bus features young adult cancer survivors who are sharing their stories to help others recognize cancer symptoms and why it is important to be an active member of your health care team. One of the survivors is Dave McGrath. He was diagnosed with cancer in his brain at age 18.
