Parts are now shipped directly from the expanded warehouse. An option for customer pickup is also now available from the Richmond facility. To place an order for customer pickup, customers can order through the main Parts Customer Service Center via phone. Items requested for customer pick-up will then be available at the Richmond warehouse.
