STV Inc., a New York-based transportation consultant, has restructured its organization as part of a mission to improve performance.
The company’s operations have been reorganized into three principal divisions: Building and Facilities; Transportation and Infrastructure; and Construction Management.
The three divisions will report directly to Michael Della Rocca, president and chief operating officer of STV.
William Matts has been promoted to executive vice president and will head the Transportation and Infrastructure division.
