Purchase will help Mark IV accomplish growth plans.
Sun Capital Partners is a private investment firm focused on leveraged buyouts, equity, debt and other investments in market-leading companies and invests in companies that usually hold the number one or two market positions in their industry. Mark IV continues to be a privately held diversified manufacturer of engineered system and components with significant interest in the transportation industry.
Sun Capital’s investment in Mark IV will enhance and support the company’s growth plans, which include aggressively expanding the core businesses; focusing on serving customer needs with highly engineered solutions; serving customers in new markets; and making acquisitions to enhance product lines, technical capabilities and geographic presence.
