During the next few months, the United Motorcoach Association’s Executive Committee and Board of Directors will be working on a transition program preparing for the appointment of the next President/CEO. While working diligently to maintain the organization’s focus and moving forward during this time, UMA Board Chairman, Dale Krapf, has appointed a Search Committee made up of the Executive Committee of the UMA Board, the association announced.
In addition to the appointment of the committee, the Executive Committee of the Board has engaged the services of Steve Klika, former president of the International Motor Coach Group, to manage the national search process. Klika has been active in recruiting new leadership for numerous motorcoach companies and trade associations in the U.S. and Canada.
