VANCOUVER — The City of Vancouver is pushing for a $2.8-billion rapid-transit line that would run underground along the Broadway corridor, instead of a streetcar service. Officials said a subway would be more efficient and less disruptive than the streetcar service, reports The Vancouver Sun.
