Coach Canada adds double-deckers
The 81-passenger double-deckers will continue to feature free WI-FI, as well as power outlets and DVD video capabilities, panoramic views, two tables, reclining seats, a restroom, safety belts and mobility impaired accessibility.
Coach Canada, a Stagecoach Group Co., rolled out 15 new double-decker coaches this week on their Ontario and Quebec routes.
In 2009, Coach Canada introduced the Megabus double-decker coach concept to great success in the Canadian market. This $11 million investment for 15 new coaches offers passengers a better ride and an improved environmental impact.
The 81-passenger double-deckers will continue to feature free WI-FI, as well as power outlets and DVD video capabilities, panoramic views, two tables, reclining seats, a restroom, safety belts and mobility impaired accessibility.
Coach Canada offers 14 departures between Toronto and Montreal and six departures between Toronto and Buffalo daily. Prices start from $1 per person ($10 between Montreal and Toronto), one way and vary depending upon the day and time of departure.
