Using an online survey form, riders are given the opportunity to answer the question of “Where ya goin?”

'Where Ya Goin?' Campaign Opportunities

Whether it’s work, school, an appointment, or shopping, SARTA wants to know what role its transportation plays in riders’ lives.

By filling out the form, riders get the chance to win free rides, SARTA swag, and more. The form also includes a field where family and friends can nominate riders to participate in video testimonials.

From these responses, several nominees will be featured on cable TV commercials, social media posts, and radio spots.

“Our riders are our purpose,” said SARTA CEO Kirt Conrad. “For the last 25 years, we’ve made it our mission to enhance the quality of life in our community and that starts with each individual rider. By engaging with this question, we’re highlighting the different ways SARTA improves people’s everyday lives, giving them the ability to go where they want when they need it."
