Eaton Corp. sold its VORAD (Vehicle On-Board Radar) system to Elyria, Ohio-based Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC.
In connection with the transaction, Eaton’s Roadranger Marketing organization has entered into an agreement with Bendix to continue to market and support the VORAD system in the North American marketplace.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The region’s fixed-route system finished out the year with a total of 373.5 million rides. Adding 12.3 million rides over 2024 represents an increase that is equal to the annual transit ridership of Kansas City.
