Endera, a technology company specializing in all-electric commercial vehicles, charging infrastructure, and telematic software solutions, recently named Bill Williams as its executive VP, business development.
In this position, Williams will be responsible for Endera’s overall sales strategy, market expansion, EV adoption education, and customer engagement. He will also lead the implementation of an innovative national sales, distribution, and service structure for Endera.
Most recently Williams’ advised Envision AESC on market expansion. Before that, Williams was the national director, commercial sales, for Proterra, where he focused on transit, commuter shuttle/transportation solutions at all airports, universities, and corporations. Prior to joining Proterra, he spent six years working on EV infrastructure for airports, commercial buildings, and universities, as well as smart city projects. Notably, Williams worked with Elon Musk and the SpaceX team to install level 1 charging in their parking structure for employees.
In April, Endera acquired Metro Titan LLC, a school and shuttle bus manufacturing company. The acquisition gives Endera the capability to deliver electric commercial vehicles in all 50 states. Endera’s acquisition of Metro Titan brings together the safest and most reliable Type A School Bus in the industry offered by Titan Bus LLC and the manufacturing reach of Metro Worldwide LLC, a U.S. manufacturer of cutaway shuttle and paratransit buses.
