RTI’s services include planning, engineering, design, inspection, project management, operations analysis, risk analysis, and rail contract administration and negotiation across North America.
“The acquisition of RTI combined with HMM’s growing national network of offices will enable HMM to develop relationships with new rail transit clients, offering the kind of synergy that we seek in a strategic acquisition,” said Nicholas DeNichilo, president, Hatch Mott MacDonald.
Hatch Mott MacDonald is a 1,600-person, full-service infrastructure, transportation, and environmental engineering company. The firm offers public and private clients planning, feasibility studies, design, contract procurement, construction management, program management services, and operations and maintenance support.
