Transdev announced Laura Hendricks, formerly President of Transdev Services, was promoted to CEO of Transdev U.S.

Hendricks joined Transdev in December 2019 and has an array of executive and managerial expertise built over a career that spans some 30 years. She has been president and/or CEO of several companies including Paint Drop, a division of Valspar, a global coatings manufacturer; as well as Coach America, a large motorcoach operator; and Merry Maids, a division of Service Master. She also spent many years in executive leadership roles at Cintas and FedEx. At Transdev, she has already demonstrated her strong drive for service quality, consistent execution, and building client relationships grounded in trust and transparency.

Simultaneously, Dick Alexander — who served as interim CEO of Transdev in the U.S. since early March — is being promoted to special advisor to Thierry Mallet, CEO of the global Transdev Group. Since 2002, Alexander has led the company’s business development efforts, as well as many key initiatives and innovations, including building Transdev’s U.S. Autonomous Vehicle team. In his new role, he will focus on strategic projects aimed to expand the company’s global business via acquisitions and partnerships.
