Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) CEO Paul C. Jablonski moderated a discussion about MTS’ partnerships with various business entities, during the Host Forum on Sunday.
Jablonski was joined by Mark Joseph, CEO and vice chair of Veolia Transportation; Gary Gallegos, executive director at the San Diego Association of Governments; Jerry Brand, CEO of San Diego-based Fairfield Development; and Ken Ramirez, vice president of Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc., in San Diego.
Jablonski began the discussion by explaining MTS’ budgeting dilemmas and how the partnerships have helped provide a much needed boost to the agencies’ services, including Coca-Cola’s sponsorship at MTS rail stops and Veolia’s purchasing of buses.
Running short on time because of the Welcome Reception, Jablonski encouraged the audience to visit some of the Technical Sessions that the forum’s participants will take part in.
