Australia-based Kelsian Group has successfully completed the acquisition of All Aboard America! Holdings, Inc. (AAAHI).

AAAHI joins Kelsian’s global footprint of operations in the transport and tourism sectors spanning Australia, Singapore, London, and the Channel Islands, according to the company's news release.

Delivering charter and contract service from the West Coast to the Mississippi, the AAAHI brands include All Aboard America!, Hotard Coaches, Sun Diego Charter, Ace Express Coaches, Lux Bus America, and First Class Transportation.
