After operating under Chapter 11 bankruptcy court protection since 2001, Laidlaw Inc. is expected to emerge from bankruptcy later this month after its third plan of reorganization was approved by courts in the U.S. and Canada. Laidlaw, which owns Greyhound Bus Lines, will be renamed Laidlaw International Inc. Its headquarters will relocate from Burlington, Ontario, to Naperville, Ill.
