Alan Wulkan announced that he has left HDR to form his own consulting firm, The Wulkan Group.
"The past two years have been wonderful as a sr. VP for HDR, and I will forever be grateful for the opportunities they provided me and all the InfraConsult staff,” said Wulkan, who added his intention is to scale back his business travel, enjoy family, and spend time with friends.

“I will continue to work with a limited number of clients and stay active in industry organizations,” said Wulkan.
In addition, Wulkan and his wife have started The Wulkan Foundation, which supports programs that address the transportation challenges of seniors.
