Optima Bus Corp. has delivered two under-30-foot Opus buses to Lake Erie Transportation in Monroe, Mich. The buses will operate on Lake Erie's general fixed-route service. With the addition of the vehicles, the system will now operate 10 under-30-foot Opus buses and one American Heritage Streetcar. The vehicles feature a 10.5-inch step height in its kneeled position for simplified loading and unloading of passengers with small children, the elderly and passengers with disabilities.
