Setra call center celebrates first anniversary

Technical call center staffed 24 hours by factory trained advisors.

DaimlerChrysler Commercial Buses North America (DCCBNA) celebrates the first anniversary of its technical call center.

 

The center began operations in July 2006, providing assistance for a range of DaimlerChrysler commercial bus products, including the Setra motorcoaches and Sprinter shuttle.

Part of the Customer Assistance Network (CAN), the technical call center is staffed by factory trained personnel to provide assistance and resources to ensure operators are able to quickly troubleshoot any issues and reduce downtime.

 

Technical advisors can provide technical assistance; service location information, including scheduling and requesting delivery of emergency parts; or schedule a visit by one of DCCBNA’s field advisors. Customers can call the center toll-free at 1-800-882-8054.
