Other features include Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) to reduce harmful emissions and environmental pollutants, a durable power train, automatic traction control, cruise control and a pneumatic telescoping driver’s steering wheel.
The new Setra fleet is custom built from the manufacturer’s production facility in Ulm, Germany. Delivery will start in late September from Setra’s North America corporate headquarters in Greensboro, N.C.
Once delivered, the ComfortClass S 407 coaches will become part of the Martz’s fleet at its headquarters in Wilkes-Barre, Pa.
