
Alva Carrasco has been named the zero-emissions bus market lead in the West for WSP USA.
Carrasco, who will be working from the Sacramento and Oakland WSP offices, will also support transit and rail initiatives in northern California.

Alva Carrasco has been named the zero-emissions bus market lead in the West for WSP USA.

Prior to joining WSP, Carrasco served as VP, maintenance, for the Sacramento Regional Transit District, where she was responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of its fleet of bus and light rail vehicles, wayside maintenance, and materials management.
