RATP Dev USA promoted Matt Booterbaugh to CEO, effective immediately.
He replaces Cyril Aubin, who has been the CEO of RATP Dev USA since August 2022. Aubin has been promoted to the role of sr. VP, US and UK operations.
The contractor named a new CEO and promoted its previous CEO.

RATP Dev USA promoted Matt Booterbaugh to CEO, effective immediately.
He replaces Cyril Aubin, who has been the CEO of RATP Dev USA since August 2022. Aubin has been promoted to the role of sr. VP, US and UK operations.
In his new position, he will oversee operations in both the US and the UK, leveraging his extensive experience and proven leadership.
Booterbaugh joined RATP Dev USA in 2017 as its sr. VP, operations and innovation, and was promoted to chief development officer in April 2020. He has also served as deputy CEO since August 2022.
Booterbaugh’s leadership will continue to bring about positive changes aimed at enhancing the company’s services and continued commitment to excellence. Clients can expect the same high level of support from regional leaders as they have always experienced.

The region’s fixed-route system finished out the year with a total of 373.5 million rides. Adding 12.3 million rides over 2024 represents an increase that is equal to the annual transit ridership of Kansas City.
