Zonar Appoints New President/CEO

Zonar announced a transition within its executive team with the appointment of Michael Gould to president and CEO.

With more than 20 years of experience leading teams in SaaS-based businesses, consulting, transportation, and product engineering, Gould brings expertise in sales, strategy, supply chain oversight, and project execution to this executive position. 

Gould comes to this new role after nearly five years as chief operating officer. He currently serves on the board of directors for Radiant Logistics. 

Prior to Zonar, Gould led the North American technology consulting organization for Oracle. 

As general manager, he was responsible for solution development, project execution, recruiting and training of consultants, and more. Before that, Gould was vice president and general manager for Hewlett-Packard’s America consulting business.

TRC Celebrates West Sussex County Council’s Launch of 98 Flex

The Routing Company (TRC) recently celebrated the launch and ribbon cutting of West Sussex County Council’s (WSCC) 98 Flex service.

98 Flex is the latest service to launch under WSCC’s new “Book-a-Bus'' service initiative, operating as a fully flexible service with no conventional timetable or routes.

98 Flex is powered by TRC’s Pingo and operates based on bookings received through the Ride Pingo app or by phone. 

Book-a-Bus is a demand-responsive bus service, which will serve more rural areas in the county with limited or no traditional bus services available. 

WSCC is the local authority governing the non-metropolitan county of West Sussex in the United Kingdom (UK), spanning 200,000 hectares and serving a population of nearly 900,000. 

WSCC transport ridership currently exceeds 26 million per year. The WSCC contract, first announced in June 2023, includes a two-year base with an option to extend up to one year, for a total of up to three years.

GOGO Charters Now Offering Charter Bus, Shuttle Trips in St. Louis
