Transdev North America named Charlotte Furton-Walker as its new EVP, chief human resources officer. She will be a member of Transdev’s North American Executive Committee and will report to CEO Yann Leriche. She will also be a member of the Transdev Group “TopEx,” which includes the company’s top 90 executives globally.

Furton-Walker brings an impressive array of expertise in human resources over a career that spans more than 20 years. She has held several HR leadership roles for multiple, global organizations including Ford Motor Company, Motorola Solutions, and Honeywell International.

In her previous roles, she has had strong success in improving recruitment and onboarding efforts while reducing attrition, expanding training and development, and implementing competency-driven, talent assessment tools.
