LONDON — Ridership on the London Underground has dropped for the first time in more than 20 years as recent terror attacks in the capital deter passengers from making trips, reported the Independent.

Growing use of on-demand video service, Netflix, and food delivery services are also believed to have prompted the decline in Tube passengers, the report said.

Transport for London figures show a 2% drop in the year to November 2017, with 416.7 million people travelled on the London Underground, compared with 421.2 million the year before, according to the Independent. For the full story, click here.
