CATS Names New GM, Bus Operations

The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) named Jennifer Fehribach as its GM, bus operations. In her role at CATS, Fehribach will oversee the operations and maintenance of the fixed-route bus, paratransit, and vanpool divisions.
Prior to joining CATS, Fehribach served as COO for the Regional Transit Authority in New Orleans. She held the same title in an earlier position at the Corpus Christi Regional Transportation Authority where she helped introduce one of the first autonomous vehicle programs in the country.
In addition to transit management, Fehribach’s work experiences stretch across a broad range of transit subjects including federal reporting, special audits, emergency management, and national security events.
